About Our Firm
Timothy Finkenbinder, Esq. — Founder
Mr. Finkenbinder obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest Nazarene University and his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Denver, College of Law.
Mr. Finkenbinder is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served as a Senior Consultant to the national offices of one of the world’s largest accounting and consulting firms; Vice President of a multi-million dollar technology consulting firm; and as the former managing partner of one of Central Florida’s oldest law firms. He was worked on immigration related matters for more than 30 years.
Mr. Finkenbinder has a long track record of success in assisting companies and individuals in achieving their immigration goals. His firm employs the same exacting, analytical and forward-thinking professional approach to the provision of immigration services as embodied by the firm’s founder.
PROFESSIONAL & LEGAL ORGANIZATIONS
Mr. Finkenbinder has served as a Senior Consultant to the national office of one of the world’s largest accounting firms; as Vice President of Corporate Affairs to a $20 million dollar IT consulting firm based in NYC; and as an attorney in private practice. He began working in the field of immigration upon graduation from law school in 1996 and immigration has been a part of his practice throughout his career.
