Finkenbinder Law is continuing its long tradition of community support and involvement through sponsorship of the Overholser Kayak Club (O.K.C.), a charitable organization that provides competitive youth paddling opportunities to youth in the west Oklahoma City Metro area. The club also offers Olympic and Paralympic training opportunities for elite athletes from around the country.
Since 2017, O.K.C. has been a competitive force in Oklahoma and the competitive paddling world. The club is a registered American Canoe Association Paddle America Club and is registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit as part of the International Athletes Fund.

The O.K.C. provides opportunities for kids to be active, be fit, and be healthy; introduces youth and adults to competitive canoe and kayak racing; hones enthusiasm into maturity and speed with quality coaching; removes economic barriers to participation in youth paddling sports; provides fun workouts and help youth develop a life-long passion for the sport of paddling; teaches teamwork, sportsmanship, and accountability; build character and discipline and love of sport; and encourages team members to have respect for the sport, for others, and for themselves.
